Company Founded

Employee Screening Services of Missouri was created to provide testing and compliance needs related to Department of Transportation. Program administration and testing services were offered primarily at client locations and the company quickly grows to serve clients along the I-44 corridor from Springfield, MO to Rolla, MO.

2001

Ownership Change

Ownership transferred to Wayne and Jo Scheer.

Expanded Testing Services

As a result of rapid growth of drug-free workplace, student testing programs, and expanded onsite testing capabilities were added.

Added Offices

Employee Screening Services of Missouri's regional growth brought the addition of 5 Missouri offices.

2007

Ownership Change

Mickey and Linda Moore joined the ownership team.

Introduction of Entrepreneurial Operating System (Traction), adding emphasis on intentional business operations focused on who we are, where we are going and how we will get there.
